I had a wonderful experience at this Turkish restaurant! The place is very clean and welcoming, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the excellent service — especially the lady at the front, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the authenticity and care put into each dish. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Turkish cuisine paired with outstanding hospitality
Love the sizzling butter chicken so much which is a hidden gem that not on menu! We would like to order doner originally but they were all sold out, so luckily we were recommended to order sizzling chicken. Appreciate the glamorous interior design with the all-rounded sound emitting Bose speaker~ The waiter was friendly.
This restaurant was an absolute delight . Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with some friends at Koz. The service and food were top notch . The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. They offered me a complimentary tea while I waited, which was a lovely gesture. The tea itself was pleasant and made the short wait feel peaceful and stress-free. The place itself was clean and spacious, with a relaxed vibe. I liked the retro pillows featuring hot air balloons—they added a nice touch of character to the space. The Içli Köfte were amazing—crispy on the outside with a tender, satisfying bite. The filling was ground beef, delicately spiced so the flavors were present but not overpowering. A squeeze of lemon cut through the richness of the fried shell, while the pomegranate added a sweet-sour brightness that lifted the whole dish. It was very reminiscent of arancini from Sicily, but with a distinctly Turkish twist. I absolutely adored them!!! I also ordered the Tombik Beef Doner Sandwhich. The tombik bread was easily the best part of the dish, it was fluffy and warm like a pillow with a slightly crispy crust. I wasn’t a huge fan of their döner itself—it reminded me a lot of roast beef and lacked the crispy edges I usually love in Turkish döner. It really missed that Maillard effect. That said, the sandwich wasn’t overloaded with toppings, which I appreciated. Sometimes simple is the way to go.
My wife and I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our dinner this evening. The decor is warm and welcoming. The entire place, including the washrooms, is immaculately clean. I interacted with many of the staff members, they were extremely professional and courteous. Our waitress, Burcu was attentive, kind, patient, and provided 5 star service. Thank you, Miss Burcu! The food was 5 star quality - fresh, delicious, and visually impressive. The portions were abundant, and takeout boxes were offered to us. Anyone who did not leave a 5 star review never went there. We are definitely coming back! Edit: I later dreamed that I had 7 bowls of their amazing rice pudding!
Delicious food and excellent service! The price is also affordable. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was made perfectly. A must-try. I forgot to take photos before we started, so the pictures don't show everything :)
